Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime up to 24 hours before the start time of the appointment without incurring a fee. We send out reminders 72 hours before the start time of your appointment to make sure you don’t forget, and to leave you plenty of time to cancel or change your appointment before the cancellation window.
To cancel
Do so from your account by selecting the ‘manage your order’ link at the top of your confirmation email, or email us at bookings@sos-senseofself.com. We only take email or account cancellations (not phone).
To reschedule
Hit reply to your booking confirmation or reminder email with the details of your rescheduling request and our customer service team will be able to assist.
Cancelling or rescheduling under 24 hours
If you cancel or reschedule the day before your appointment, 50% of the booking cost is retained as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel, reschedule or fail to arrive on the day of your appointment, 100% of the booking cost is retained as a cancellation fee.
Payments
For all appointments, we take 100% up-front payment, either with a credit card or gift voucher to secure the appointment.
Where there is a vaulted card on file it will be charged at the start time of your booking, or if you fail to show up for your appointment.
Refunds
Your payment method will be refunded or reinstated if cancelled or rescheduled within the guidelines and timeframes as outlined above. Our cancellation policy is the same for both massage and bathhouse bookings.
Vouchers will be reinstated unless outside of the expiration timeframe in which remaining value is forfeited.
All credit card details are securely managed by our payment processor Stripe.
Lateness
While we understand that things don’t always go to plan, we are not always in a position to accommodate guests running behind schedule as it impacts the experience of subsequent guests. We ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes before their session or treatment start time.
