  • The Interlude Package

    The Interlude is your invitation to pause. Hours to rest and connect, starting with a Swedish-style relaxation massage and finishing with two hours of access to the Bathhouse and all its offerings - soak, steam, plunge, rest, sauna and repeat.

  • Pregnancy Massage

    A side-lying pregnancy massage for those most deserving of some rest and relaxation. Available as either a 60 or 90 minute treatment. Bathing can not be offered due to the high temperatures experienced in the Bathhouse.

      Please note this treatment is only able to be customised with a facial or Ends treatment when selecting 90 minutes.

  • No, unfortunately not - 90 mins is our longest treatment.

  • No, as each of our massage rooms are single use. You can book two massages at the same time, but not together.

  • We are an all gendered space and therefore we have a gender diverse team of massage therapists. If you have a strong preference for a therapist in any way, you can email to let us know.

  • Your therapist will guide you on what to wear while you are on the massage table, but comfort is always key.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your massage to give yourself time to fill out any missing forms, have a cup of tea and fully settle in before your treatment (we have a beautiful lounge for this purpose!).

  • We can provide you with an itemised receipt if you email us after your visit. We do not provide receipts when a massage has been partly or fully paid with a voucher. (Excludes HCF and Doctors Health Fund)

  • Our packages are set and designed specifically for a complete experience however please contact us if you have any questions.

  • No, the package is just for you!


  • At Sense Of Self bathing is scheduled after your massage as this allows you to completely relax, enjoy the facilities, plus you can shower before you leave.

  • Unfortunately not, we only offer pregnancy massages for those in their second and third trimesters.
